Return Policy Of Palaces Jewellery
At Palaces Jewellery, we want your shopping experience to be exceptional. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website palacesjewellery.com, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for items purchased online.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your Palaces Jewellery creation must meet the following conditions:
Be returned in a new, unworn, and perfect original condition.
Include all protective materials, tags, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging (presentation box, outer box, etc.).
Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or modification.
Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
Palaces Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the above conditions are not met.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following creations are not eligible for return:
Items that have been engraved, embossed, personalized, or otherwise modified.
Special custom-made orders.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges for creations purchased on our website palacesjewellery.com.
If you wish to obtain a different item, we invite you to return your original purchase for a refund in accordance with this policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Exception: Exchanges for online purchases might be possible at our physical Palaces Jewellery boutiques, subject to the respective boutique's exchange policy and product availability. Please contact your nearest Palaces Jewellery boutique for more details.
5. Return Process for Online Purchases (General)
Unless otherwise specified for specific countries (see section 6), please follow the steps below to return your online purchase:
a. Initiate your return:
Contact Palaces Jewellery Customer Service by email at info@palacesjewellery.com or by phone within seven (7) days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return an item and to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
b. Prepare your package:
- Carefully place the creation back into its original Palaces Jewellery presentation box, along with all certificates and accessories.
- Place the presentation box and the original invoice (or a copy) into the original shipping box or another neutral and secure shipping box.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package or on an enclosed document.
- For security reasons, do not write any mention of Palaces Jewellery, jewellery, or other terms indicating the value of the contents on the outside of the package.
c. Return label: Once your return request is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to download and print. This label is free of charge for you.
d. Shipping: Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier's collection point. We recommend keeping proof of shipment and the tracking number until your return is confirmed as received.
6. Country-Specific Return Processes
Online purchases delivered to the UAE must be returned directly in person to one of our Palaces Jewellery boutiques in the UAE within seven (7) days of receipt. Please bring your proof of purchase and the item in its original condition and packaging. Mail-in returns for UAE purchases are not accepted through the standard online process.
Online purchases delivered to Thailand must be returned to a Palaces Jewellery designated drop-off point within seven (7) days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions for the drop-off location and your prepaid return label. The item must be securely packaged as per our general return instructions.
7. Inspection Process
All returned items are subject to a rigorous quality control inspection upon receipt. Palaces Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions outlined above. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) days after the returned item has been received and has passed our quality control inspection.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Only the original purchaser will receive the refund.
9. Gift Returns
Items received as gifts that were purchased online can be returned by the gift recipient by following the standard return procedure. However, any refund will be credited to the original purchaser's account and method of payment. We cannot offer merchandise credit for online returns.
